SUICIDE BOMBER IN UN SOMALIA ATTACK IS "KENYAN"

A Police source in Garowe has told me that a Kenyan was the suicide bomber  in the Monday bombing outside  the UNFAO offices in Garowe Puntland Somalia

The body of what is believed to be the suicide bomber was blown in to pieces. But according to investigators the head of the suspected suicide bomber had non ethnic somali characteristics

A close look at the photo of the of the suspected bomber affirms that

"The bomber is not a Somali. He may not be a Somali national and we are highly suspecting he is Kenyan national " a security source who sent me the photos said

Garowe police are not ruling out possibility that the attack may have been an inside job

" The suicide bomber may have been  Kenyan working for the UN. we are following leads on that"

An official statement on the identity of the  suicide bomber is yet to be issued by Puntland authorities

Earlier there had been conflicting reports over what may have caused the explosion with an initial statement from UN indicating that an IED had been used 

At least 12 people were killed in the attack including 2 Kenyans one Afghani and seven Somalis

Muslims are in need of peace and stability than any one else . If  the security situation worsens and clashes break Muslims will be vulnerable, our women, businesses and everything will be affected

We are therefore the most yearning for security in this country

We hear in the  news that they separated Muslims from Christians in the Garissa Attack
(Questions alshabab pretext that they targeted only non Muslims)

What about those university graduates in Mogadishu (referred to Shamo University Alshabab killings) Somalis in hotels and mosques who were killed in the same way ?

Were they not Muslims (this is a rhetoric question addressed to Alshabab leadership)

Why did they not get the right of separation of Christians and Muslims of Kenya?

The Attackers motives will not succeed

It is nor the time for our leaders to finger point and blame our madrasas and mosques, Its high time they (government and leaders) stand with us

We have never been with them (Alshabab) our madrasa and mosque are not a production house for terrorists

Those who do (attack and killings) have no knowledge of Islam

Why don't you blame institutions  like Nairobi and Kenyatta University? Muslims  have rights to Religion Education like anyone else

ALSHABAB MAN IN GARISSA ATTACK IS "A LAWYER AND SON OF A KENYA GOVERNMENT CHIEF"

One of the four  Alshabab militants who stormed Garissa university college killing 148 plus students has been identified as Abdirahim Mohamed Abdullahi the son of a Kenya Government administrative  Chief in Mandera

Abdirahim is a university of Nairobi Law graduate and is described by a person who knows him well as a “brilliant upcoming lawyer”

Before his admission to the University of Nairobi where he studied Law LLB he was a student at WAMY High School and  scored an A  in KCSE  in 2007 according to one of his teachers

“He is the man in stripped shirts. He graduated from the University of Nairobi in 2013” a source based in Mandera known to Abdirahim and family told me 

“He is the son of Chief Daqara” he concluded

Abdullahi  Daqara  is  the Chief of Bulla Jamhuri in Mandera county

A second source who identified himself as Abdirahim's English teacher at Wamy High said he was an obedient student 

"I taught him. He was a very close friend before he got radicalized" said the teacher. Wamy is one of the best performing private schools in Kenya and appeared on the top 100 best schools in 2014 KCSE topping in Biology nationwide 

"He was one year behind me  at Wamy.He was very bright and intelligent guy wallahi.I knew that he had joined Alshabab but i didnt expect him to kill those innocent lives" another former schoolmate told me

"the guy used to be humble and harmless" a fourth source a  University friend of the slain militant told me 

"he always looked busy with Law Books" the shocked  friend added

The bodies of the slain Alshabab militants were publicly displayed by authorities in Garissa town after residents demands

Abdirahim who is from the Degodia clan   is said to have  gone missing from his Mandera home one year ago with the talk that he had joined somali militant group Alshabab or travelled to Syria

Abdirahim is said to have opted to cross over to join Alshabab after efforts to join Islamic State in Syria became impossible as he had no passport 

Abdirahim's class mate and best friend at Wamy High School named Mohamed "Atom"  managed to fly to Turkey and cross over into Syria to join IS. Atom hails from Rhamu, Mandera

A classmate of Mohamed Atom whom I will only identify as Aboud told me in an interview about the only known Kenyan IS fighter

"This Mohamed Atom was my classmate. he wasn't that religious alikuwa anachonga (Chewed Khat) na kunywa pombe (drunk alcohol)" Aboud said  

"The last time I saw him was back in 2012 in Mombasa. He was speaking a lot about jihad. He used to come to Mombasa from Nairobi for lectures at Masjid Musa"  Aboud  recalls

Atom dropped out of an undergraduate course at the  University of Nairobi to chase for his Jihadi dream in Syria

A third close  friend and classmate at Wamy named Khalid Mohamed nicknamed "Calypso" joined Alshabab together with Abdirahim.

Khalid  graduated from the University of Nairobi University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree

Abdirahim had previously had a stint as a Legal officer at a Kenyan bank  according to one of  his College mates
